The SWISH Basketball Shooting Technique

Tom Nordland's SWISH Method is NOT the traditional method widely taught by coaches around the country. It does not teach flipping your wrist or keeping the elbow under the ball. In the SWISH Method, Tom teaches you to use the more reliable, stronger muscles in your shots, not the smaller muscles in your hands and wrists. It makes perfect sense, if you are using stronger muscles, you are going to have a more powerful shot and increased range. Tom will teach you consistency, accuracy, and the ability to control distance. Tom states that anyone and everyone can learn his SWISH Method and become a better shot.
